Nutrition

This course is a discussion of current topics in nutrition, such as characteristics of food groups and their influence on human health and diseases, nutritional needs during various phases of the life cycle, dental health, overweight, food processing and supply, food hygiene standards, food faddism, nutrition education, and alcohol. PREREQ: BIOL 1700 or BIOL 2105. (lec 3) cr 3. Students may not retain credit for both INTE 4507E and PHED 4507E.
